This story started about 10 years ago with Pilates. Originally they wanted simple red channel letters installed on the building, with a bold font. No sweat for 3-D Sign so we went to work and made them great channel letter sign and installed it for them.
3-D Signs manufactured and installed the original sign that is now Konnect Pilates. With so many sign companies in the area, we were overjoyed to know we had done such a great job the first time that they came back to work with us again when they rebranded themselves.
As we got to talking, they wanted a couple of new things done. They would like to replace the old channel letter faces with a new color and also add Konnect, as they had only had Pilates before.
We got right to work on doing the blueprints for the customer & the landlord, going to the city of Mission Viejo for permits, manufacturing the new letters, taking down the old channel letters faces and getting started on new ones with new colors. Making new Channel letter faces is great, since all you need to do to change things up is replace the face with a new color.
For their new signage we made LED channel letters with custom digital printed vinyl faces. We replace all the LED lighting in all the current letters so the letters were brighter at night.
Then we installed the channel letters flush to the face of the building & had the final electric inspection for the sign.
