Chronic Tacos is an up and coming chain in Long Beach and Mission Viejo, California. People that know about Chronic Tacos and have been there love their food. Apparently their tacos are really that good based on what people are saying.
Another way we can tell that they are doing well is they are growing and keep needing new signage. With new popularity and customers comes news locations and new signs.
This particular sign is made using 2 different pieces of 2 pound foam to get the shape. Next the paint is applied to the entire sign with the necessary colors. And then lastly it’s painted with a clear acrylic to help give it that nice shine and professional quality.
The edges of the foam are coated with a stucco finish. This prevents birds from wanting to take a stop, nap or anything else on your sign. This in turn helps to make this type of sign last a lot longer. In fact, on average you should get at least 8 years of durability from this type of sign.
This is not an illuminated sign though, so you need to have a way to make it visible if you are planning on operating at night. In this case the owner already had flood lighting in place so we used the existing lighting and still got a great look. This is a great way to save money if you are keeping your new sign budget lower.
