When Investors' Property Services wanted new monuments for their apartment property, they turned to Sign Clemente.  We suggested that they pursue good value and durability with foam monuments.  Foam Monuments!  Yes, Sign Clemente has installed dozens of foam monuments over the years and they all still look beautiful. Our supplier cuts huge blocks of styrofoam with long heated and stretched wires.  Then they coat the shape with epoxy resin.  Then the project is finished with stucco.  Few people can tell what the monument sign is really made of!  What the customer gets is a great looking monument that is durable and very economical as foam monument signs cost a fraction of a concrete or aluminum version. Customers save on installation too as we do not have to pour a concrete foundation for the monument sign.  Two - three steel posts run up the interior of the monument signs and at least 24" - 36" below grade.  All the installer has to do is dig a couple post holes, drop the monument with the posts over the holes and fill them with concrete.
