Recently, our professionals were asked to provide Jurupa Valley Pro Rodeo in California with a custom sign option that would assist with getting their event out to the public. Sponsoring and Production
Our full service custom sign and graphics company sponsored the local rodeo (that just returned from an eight year hiatus) with custom designed, fabricated and installed temporary signs for the highly anticipated event. This special event was incredibly important to the residents of our city, and we were very grateful to be a part of its comeback.
The event coordinators had no signage whatsoever, are were in need of 50+ temporary signs including advanced promotion, ticket sales, ADA, health and safety (fire extinguishers, exits) and wayfinding directional signs on the grounds. Temporary signage means beautiful prints at a great price. We were able to use low cost materials that didn't need to last more than a week outdoors and could be quickly installed or relocated as needed.
Four 4'x8' signs were installed at the major entrances to the city, along with dozens of 18"x24" and smaller signs. All were designed by us, printed using an HP360 latex printer, 3M IJ35, and applied onto 4 mil coroplast with grommets for fastening.
We designed and printed many custom banners and textile flags for other businesses who were sponsoring the rodeo. Those banners were displayed along the rails of the arena, on the chute doors, and the custom flags were flown around the arena carried by the Rodeo Queen and her court. As rodeo sponsors ourselves, our banners were placed along the arena rails and we sponsored chute #6.
This PRCA sanctioned event was a huge success and they are already looking forward to holding it again next year!!
