Impact Lobby Signs

The goal for every business when clients walk through your front doors for the first time is to wow them with an image that best represents your company. This could be a floor-to-ceiling wall graphic that represents both your brand and maybe a visual of your business markets, products and services.

Without a doubt, there should always be the company sign. Depending on the size of the lobby, dimensional letters provide the most versatile type of sign available. Take the two examples shown below. Limbach is an engineering services company with a large lobby area, so a large sign mounted on the staircase grabs the attention as soon as anyone walks through their front door. The letters are made from ¼—€ aluminum, anodized to a black finish and mounted to brushed aluminum Dibond measuring 32—€ by 82—€. It is strengthened with ½—€ PVC sheet. The taller letters stand 13—€ high and all letters are lifted of the Dibond with ¼—€ spacers screwed to the back with nuts. The sign is mounted to the wall using 1—€ stainless steel stand-offs to give a classy yet engineered appearance.

Standard Portfolios had a small lobby and wanted to reproduce their logo by using matt black acrylic letters mounted to a brushed aluminum plaque, and incorporating their company logo to the left side. Acrylic was used and painted to a specified pantone green. The backing material is again Dibond; all in all a very cost-effective design.
