A custom 24” by 18” NO PUBLIC Parking sign with other custom text details and a smaller 12” by 18” NO PARKIN FIRE LANE with red lettering (pictured). The companies owns and manages several properties in Oakland and we have worked with them many times, mostly producing evacuation maps for several of their apartment buildings. Headquarter in Oakland, the management office is located in the Rockridge area.
Our process always includes a design review phase to ensure that no typographical errors are introduced. We ordered the sign blanks made of .080 thick aluminum which come with radius corners, and then mounted the prints to the substrate.
Property restriction signs can take many forms and need not be specific to parking. Public safety at swimming pools and at parks often will need signs to communicate rules about swimming danger, appropriate trash collection behavior and keeping pets on a lease and for signs that require high visibility at night, reflective sheeting will be used.
