Recently, our installer was tasked with providing updated Directories for a commercial property with multiple buildings and numerous commercial tenants. Customers visiting the location could be overwhelmed and easily confused trying to find a specific company without well placed and clear wayfinding directories! These types of exterior directory signs are typically made of MDO (a wood like panel) that is primed on both sides. The applied the approved graphics, a laminated vinyl print, was mounted and the edges and rear of the panels were sealed with white paint. The oversized sign panel faces were then transported to the job site in Hayward and mounted to the face of the existing post structure. These signs last a very long time and can be updated when there are changes in tenancy. There are also many other options for wayfinding and directory signs, and by working with a designer, you can come up with a look that is unique and helps to promote your special branding.
