SignWorks has worked with Sacramento office of Kennedy Wilson for quite some time. They are a global real estate investment firm that also provides commercial property management services. The Sacramento office is responsible for a medical facility in San Pablo and for updates to the property when there are changes in tenancy. Due to business name changes and consolidations, the 1st and 2nd floor directories needed to be updated.
Our first step was to generate a proof for our client to share with the tenants and to make any necessary changes. Once we had the approval we moved forward and sent a technician out to retrieve the slats from the facility in San Pablo. Once back at our facility we pealed the erroneous text from the slats and cleaned the surface of all residue. We used our plotter to make new lettering, applied the revised text to the slat and sent the technician back to the site to install the corrected slats back into the directories. It’s a task we’ve done several times over the years.
