SignWorks has just completed the last four vehicles for Hayward Unified School Districts food service department bringing the total to nine vehicles. We had completed five vehicles earlier but the last four had not arrived so the project completion was delayed until now. Phase 2 of the project is now underway and will add the tag line, “healthy meals, ready minds,” and website information to the rear of the vehicles.
SignWorks has done a variety of fleet graphics projects ranging from simple door logos and lettering, as pictured above, to full nose to tail vinyl wraps on large fleets and corrugated containers. And, though it seems obvious, we can’t stress enough the importance of a professional installation! Poorly applied vehicle graphics reflect poorly on the business or entity, not just the company that installed them! It’s important that decals and lettering are applied symmetrically and without wrinkles and bubbles.

Hayward Unified School District, Food Services, warehouse and lab makes 23,000 meals daily featuring fresh foods and vegetables from local sources. These freshly prepared foods are delivered daily to Hayward Schools regardless of the student’s ability to pay for them. The meals are a vital part of a healthy nutrition program.
