SignWorks has been working with
AMP Printing for a few months on a project that will involve ADA signs and cut vinyl graphics in custom colors. To date the project, which will ultimately span two buildings, has involved working with our printing partner to provide samples for the architectural firm to review, amid multiple design changes. The initial building involves about 20 ADA signs of various sizes.

We are now waiting on the last sample, a corridor style fire sign, which will be mounted to a custom (invisible style) bracket making the sign appear to float directly from the wall. The bracket design has evolved from several variations and much thought! The pictures will give you a sense of the custom nature of the ADA signs, the vibrant color palette, and the fact that the design is edgy, different and extremely visually appealing.
AMP Printing is a premiere print company that was founded in 1979. It has grown from four employees operating behind a single roll up door to more than 150 employees in a 200,000 square foot facility. The company is a woman owned San Francisco Bay Area Company that provides a wide range of print services, including offset printing, digital printing, letterpress, bindery, kitting and fulfillment services.
The submittal process has involved fabricating a custom colored logo (vinyl graphics) sign, second surface mounted to an acrylic panel, as well as supplying samples of each sign type painted in the selected color palette.
Like we have done for the past 10 years, SignWorks is proud to have worked with a variety of partners, building owners, architects, contractors and property managers to fulfill a range of ADA compliant signs, along with associated logo and building signage.
