We were contacted by Vestar, a real estate company in Pleasant Hill. Alameda Landing is one of the properties they manage and several signs needed repair. Some pole signs were tiled and leaning and the monument sign for their bank tenant needed straightening. The company that had originally installed the signs had dug many of the sign footings too shallow, consequently some of the pole signs were leaning and the Chase monument sign pictured was out of level and needed to have its footing secured.
Before we even priced the job, we sent a technician to assess the damages and locate each of the signs that we had been given pictures of. We later found out that the sign we could not locate was at the rear loading dock of one of the anchor tenants and not visible from the front of the buildings. Rain has delayed some of the work since concrete footings need to be done when the surrounding soil is relatively dry. We’ll share more pictures when the entire project is complete.
