Flat cut metal letters come in a variety of metals including steel, copper, brass, bronze and aluminum and in a variety of finishes that include polished, brushed, etc.  With the use of custom art files, even the most unusual shapes can be created for indoor or outdoor use.  And if you’re operating with a limited a metal laminate mounter to acrylic or sign foam might be the perfect alternative.  The use of metal laminate on foam is only recommended for interior use although we have seen the product used successfully in milder climates like California though it would invalid the lifetime warranty our supplier, Gemini, typically offers on their products. 3D Channel letters, typically used for large outdoor logo and lettering convey a sense of quality and craftsmanship.  They come in depths up to 5 inches.  When made from stainless steel or aluminum they become a long lasting rust free alternative.
