Signworks Inc. was recently approached by Contra Costa Assoc. of Realtors to provide them with replacement LEXAN faces for a double-sided sign that is 60 feet off of the ground. The company had undergone a change in brand name from “Western Contra Costa...” to “Contra Consta...”, and wanted their sign to reflect that change. Polycarbonate sign faces are a great option for exterior signage, specifically signs that are back lit. This medium is shatter resistant, and offers a more durable material to add to the longevity of the sign investment. We used a CNC Router to provide precision fabrication of the sign faces. This insured that the new faces would mount securely into the curved cabinet. Due to the extreme height of the sign's location, a professional boom truck crew was procured to assist in the installation.
