The added durability of the sign cabinet is reassurance that your sign will last a long time. Look for an LED cabinets that exceeds the industry standard and carries a lifetime warranty.
• Ease Of Use – You should not have to hire a computer programmer to come and program your sign for you so make sure that the software is easy to use. It should be easy to set up and use so that you can have your first message up within minutes after installation.
• Warranty –Make sure the unit comes with a customer service warranty and assess to technical support when needed. Also, be sure that the support structure and cabinet, as well as the LED’s them-selves carry a warranty. The LED (bulbs) warranty is typically 5 years.
• Made in the USA – Access to support and getting replacement parts should make buying from a US manufacturer a high priority.
