Why To Go With Embroidery
While it is possible to use heat transfers and other methods to put something on a T-shirt, embroidery is the option you should go with for many reasons.
Firstly, this option is very durable. While heat transfers crack and peel over time, causing them to look awful when they age, embroidery will hold up longer while still looking great.
Secondly, other options, such as screen printing, cannot do detailed designs very well, while sublimation and DTG printing simply won’t work on some fabrics at all. This makes embroidery by far the most versatile option for detailed designs on any fabric.
Finally, embroidery simply looks the most professional and high in quality.
Before Using Our Shirt Embroidery
One of the first steps to getting your custom T-shirts is picking what design you want on them!
If you don’t have something specific already in mind, our team will be delighted to work with you to create your brand, illustration, etc. until you decide it is perfect. We try to learn exactly what you want, and we have an in-house design team to create the ideal print for you.
If you already have something specific you want, our printing systems for T-shirts accept most Illustrator files (.ai, .eps., .svg). We also can alter other common file types, such as JPGs, PDFs, and more, into the file type needed for our machines.
If alteration of the file type is needed, we’ll confirm with you that everything looks the same before we start making the shirts.
How Long Will T-Shirt Embroidery Take?
Quick Printing Center works as quickly as our name implies to have small and simple orders done in as little as one or two business days thanks to our top-of-the-line machinery.
Larger orders with more complex designs do take a bit longer, for obvious reasons, so you’ll need to contact our team for those details, but we always complete orders in a timely manner. This is helped by the fact that our embroidery machines are in-house, so your shirts will start and end in our facilities until you pick them up.

We can embroider logos, monogramming, and branding for the Bay Area, including Fremont, San Jose, Oakland, Hayward, Union City, and Milpitas. The embroidery process is permanent, so you should know the shirts will be irreparably altered.
