In order to best serve the needs of different clients, print shops should have the ability to print posters digitally or via screen printing. Each service offers some advantages over the other, and the method chosen will likely vary from project to project.
Screen printing is best for very large quantities of printing and simple designs. This process prints one color at a time until the finished product is completed and typically takes longer to complete, but we have efficient machines to screen print quickly and effectively.
Digital printing is better for posters with intricate designs, and is typically better for smaller quantities. Files are printed directly onto the poster, so you can get a crisp image, but the more posters printed digitally the higher the price will be.
In addition to selecting a vendor who can screen or digitally print depending on the project, it’s important to consider the cost and time it will take to get the final product.
