So Joseph Pilates said in 10 sessions, you’ll feel the difference in 20 sessions. You’ll see the difference. And in 30 sessions, you’ll have a whole new body. So that’s kind of cool if you think about it. So in 10 sessions, somebody new coming into the studio, you know, at first they’re just learning the fundamentals of what this workout is, but it, after 10 sessions, they, they do, they come and tell me I’m really feeling better.

I’m feeling good in my body. I can feel my core. I’m standing up straight or because I’m aware of it. Right. Their awareness is heightened. Their body awareness is much more heightened. So for the beginner, that is I deal. And then in 20 sessions, you’re talking more about that intermediate level practitioner and really in 30 sessions, we’re still in the intermediate level.

After that, you know, the advanced level, I mean up to a hundred sessions or sometimes more, really to get to that level.

Foundation (Level 1)

Foundation is best for beginners who want a safe and impactful experience to build a solid Pilates understanding and foundation. The overall objective is on form and learning alignment to help you master the basic Pilates fundamentals. This way you can get the most out of your practice as you move forward. This type of class is ideal for all levels of fitness, and easily fits for those who may have either physical limitations or wish to focus on overall body awareness.

Progression (Level 1.5)*

In level 1.5, Progression, you will learn to develop your practice with even more complex movements and how you use the equipment. You will explore more precise and dynamic types of exercises. The class tempo is slightly more advanced and focuses on a steady flow of movements over the course of the class. These intermediate exercises and developed movements are shown, along with progressions of balance and of stability to provide you with a more challenging workout. *Club Pilates Level 1 FOUNDATIONS experience required.

Evolution (Level 2)

This exciting and inspiring class will fully challenge your body and your mind. The moderate to fast-paced course utilizes fast transitions and will demonstrate more advanced exercises and use of the reformer and other equipment. With a focus on strength, in addition to balance and stability, Level 2 revolves around dynamic challenges to quickly elevate your Pilates practice. *Club Pilates Level 1.5 PROGRESSION experience required.

Mastery (Level 2.5)

This is the most advanced class level.  It challenges precision and physical coordination and is ideal for those who have already mastered their form and alignment. The advanced Pilates movements in this level are best accomplished with a deep mind-body connection that you will create from your overall Pilates experiences in the prvious foundational class levels. *Requires at least 3 months experience in Club Pilates Level 2 EVOLUTION. Not recommended for those with any physical limitations.
