- Initial consultation and design creation—Our initial consultation is free, but creation of a specific design for your site takes time, and planning. We use a CAD system (computer aided design) to create a 3D video of your new landscape design and how it will look specifically with your home and yard.
- Permitting fees—Depending on the scope of your project, you may need to pay for permits or for zoning fees or environmental impact surveys.
- Site prep—We must prepare your site before we install any plantings. This preparation may include excavating the area to be planted, removing existing plants and debris, and grading and preparing the soil.
