Fort Myers/Naples, Florida law firm, ZinnLaw, is pleased to announce the addition of Brett Gold as a new associate. In this position, Brett will be involved in civil and commercial litigation, business disputes such as breach of contract claims, real estate litigation, and construction disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Brett worked as an Assistant State Attorney practicing criminal litigation for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Punta Gorda, FL. He served also as a resident at law practicing estate planning, wills and trusts. Brett’s prior experience includes managing a large criminal caseload from inception through trial, engaging in negotiations, researching case-law, preparing appellate briefs and motions for hearing and arguing motions in court. He is well versed in taking cases to trial, and in preparing all necessary statements, examinations, exhibits and evidence.
Brett completed his doctor of jurisprudence early with cum laude honors, graduating from Ave Maria School of Law, in Naples, FL in December of 2017, after attending on a full-tuition academic scholarship. Prior to law school, he received his B.S. in Finance with cum laude honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, NJ.
