Our chicken sandwiches are always made with breast meat we marinate in a mixture of pickle brine and buttermilk. After the brine locks in flavor and moisture, we hand-bread them and make sure they are fried to be the perfect golden brown.

Chicken Cali
The Chicken Cali is a dish designed to bring a little taste of the West Coast to the East. It starts off like all of our other chicken sandwiches, with battered and fried chicken breast.
Then, to make it stand out, we top it with avocado, bacon, tomato, and ranch dressing (made in-house). All this goes onto a fresh sesame bun. So if you want a mixture of meat and cream, then this sandwich is the one to try on your next visit.
OG Chicken
Our OG Chicken is our signature chicken sandwich. You start out with a breaded and fried chicken breast, but simple ingredients make this meal stand out from the others. All we add to this meal is some sweet, tangy pickles and mayonnaise.
With such a simple set of toppings, you will pick up the flavor and crispness of the chicken, without it being overwhelmed. If you want something simple but flavorful, then this is the chicken sandwich you will want to try!
Buffalo Chicken
Want a chicken sandwich stacked with flavor and don’t mind a little spice? We recommend the Buffalo Chicken sandwich on our menu. This sandwich will remind you of chicken wings, despite being on a fresh sesame bun and using chicken breasts instead of wings.
To recreate the flavor, we add special Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, lettuce, and tomato. You won’t beat a perfect mix of crunch, cream, and spice.
Sesame Chicken
Our fourth and final chicken sandwich is the Sesame Chicken. It kicks the heat up even more than the Buffalo and has a unique tang you won’t have tasted anywhere else. Like with all of our sandwiches, it starts with a fresh sesame bun and a crispy, juicy chicken breast.
Then, we add sriracha mayonnaise, sesame dressing, cilantro, and lettuce. Full of flavor and spice, you will want to come back for more.
