What Goes Into Our Chicken
A good chicken sandwich has to start with the chicken, and it has to start well before it’s ever put in the fryer. Because of this, we only use all-natural chicken breasts. They are 100% organic, are free from antibiotics and hormones, and no animal by-products are a part of their food either.
When we get the chicken breasts, we marinate them in buttermilk and pickle brine before hand-breading and frying them up nice and fresh for you.

We have four chicken sandwiches on the menu: the OG Chicken sandwich, the Chicken Cali sandwich, the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, and the Sesame Chicken sandwich. We believe in our options, and we believe there’s no point in overwhelming our customers with too many of them. So, we create a small, but tasty selection for you to enjoy.
We’ll start with our OG Chicken sandwich. We always think it’s a good idea to pay respect to the classics, so it was a no-brainer to include this sandwich on our menu. Coming with mayo and pickles, this is a no-frills sandwich for those who want a taste of something traditional.
Then there’s our Chicken Cali sandwich. In the mood for something from the West Coast? We hope so because you are exactly who this sandwich is for. It’s a hefty one, complete with tomato, bacon, avocado, and our house-made ranch dressing. Plus, our sesame bun.
Maybe you’re interested in something spicier instead. We have two options for you, starting with our Buffalo Chicken sandwich. This is the sandwich for lovers of chicken wings, and it shows with its Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. For condiments, we throw on some tomato, lettuce, and top everything off with a sesame bun.
The second of our two spicy options is the Sesame Chicken sandwich. We slather on some sriracha mayo and sesame dressing, then add some lettuce, cilantro, and finish it all off with a sesame bun.
