Our roast beef is 100% pure beef. That’s not all either. Our roast beef is free of things like additives, fillers, and preservatives. It makes sense considering it’s 100% and all.
Also, we prepare the roast beef in our kitchens. We marinate and slow-roast them for 10 hours each and every single day. Our Roast Beef Sandwiches
We serve seven different roast beef sandwiches. So, what are they?
First, we have the Horse & Hole. It might be an unfamiliar name, but it’s got great taste. It’s got horseradish cream, roasted mushrooms, and Provel cheese. Plus, it comes on our sesame bun.
Second, we have the Beef On Weck. Another name you may not be used to, but another sandwich we’re fond of, and you will be too. Instead of a sesame bun, this sandwich comes on a sea salt bun. Plus, it’s got some atomic horseradish and caraway. All of it adds up to a great flavor.
Third, we have the Beef & Cheese. We want to make one thing clear: we make our cheese in-house. We like to call it our homemade cheese “wizz.” We slather on some round sauce, and you’ve got yourself a tasty sandwich.
Fourth, we have the Bar-B-Que. This is our answer to the question, “Where’s the barbecue?” It’s here! It’s got everything you need too: chopped beef, fried pickles, Provel cheese, and our own barbecue sauce.
Fifth, we have the Black & Blue. Another sandwich that makes good use of our sesame bun, it’s complemented with a dash of black pepper, plenty of bleu cheese, and some caramelized onions. Trust us, give this one a shot. You’ll thank us later.
Sixth, we have the Beef “Cali” sandwich. Just like with our Chicken “Cali” sandwich, we want to give people a little taste of the West Coast even when they’re on the East Coast. For our Beef “Cali” sandwich, we throw on some lettuce, avocado, tomato, and ranch, and serve it all on one of our sesame buns. All that’s left to do is for you to enjoy it!
Last but not least, we have our very own O.G. Roast Beef sandwich. This is the classic no good roast beef sandwich restaurant can go without. It’s a bun, roast beef, and some au jus sauce. It’s simple, it’s delicious, and ready for you to eat.
