Our food starts with the idea that good food has to be real food. That’s why each of our restaurants has an in-house kitchen. We want to prepare real food the right way, not just churn out products like a factory. Everything is made there from our custard to our roast beef sandwiches to our chicken sandwiches.
What Makes Our Chicken Sandwiches Great
Let’s start with the most important part of a chicken sandwich: the chicken! The chicken we use is 100% organic, and it’s all-natural. Things like “antibiotics” and “hormones” are not a part of the chickens we use, and they’re not given any animal by-products either.
Basically, our chickens are as real as it gets.
That’s not all either because our chicken breasts are marinated in buttermilk and pickle brine. Afterward, we hand-bread them before frying them up.

Our Selection Of Chicken Sandwiches
We’ve got four delicious chicken sandwiches on our menu: the OG Chicken sandwich, Chicken Cali sandwich, Buffalo Chicken sandwich, and Sesame Chicken sandwich. Let’s start with the OG Chicken sandwich.
The OG Chicken sandwich starts with our high-quality chicken breast. Then we add some pickles and mayo. Sometimes simpler is better, and this is no less true for the OG Chicken sandwich.
Next, there’s our Chicken Cali sandwich. We add a whole bunch of things to the chicken, which includes bacon, tomato, avocado and a house-made ranch dressing. All of this comes sandwiched between the two sides of a sesame bun. This is our way of bringing a little dash of the California experience to the East Coast.
Then there’s our Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Looking for something spicier? Then this is the sandwich for you. We give it a healthy dose of our Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Plus, we add lettuce and tomato and top it all off with another sesame bun.
Speaking of sesame, our final sandwich is our Sesame Chicken sandwich. This is another spicy choice thanks to the addition of some sriracha mayo and sesame dressing. We add some lettuce, cilantro, and put it all between another sesame bun before serving it fresh to you.
