We think anyone looking for a good roast beef sandwich should get a good roast beef sandwich. We grew up with fond memories of those sandwiches. That’s why we created Top Round, our very own sandwich shop. So, let’s talk roast beef sandwiches.
How We Make Our Roast Beef
We only believe in the best ingredients made fresh. That’s why each of our restaurants has in-house kitchens, and that’s why each of those kitchens has in-house chefs. They slow roast the 100% beef for up to 10 hours so it’s nice and ready to go when you order it.
What Sandwiches Do We Offer?
We’ve got six roast beef sandwiches on the menu. We wanted to have something for everyone, but keep it simple too. So, what’d we come up with?
First, there’s the Beef & Cheese sandwich. Most of what’s in it is in the name, but just so you know, it’s got roast beef, house cheese “wizz,” and round sauce. Sometimes beef and cheese is all you need for a lunch that leaves you satisfied.
Second, we have the Bar-B-Cue sandwich. This one comes with Provel cheese, BBQ sauce, and fried pickles. Also, it’s the only sandwich that we chop the roast beef on! So, if you’re looking for something a little different, this just might be the sandwich for you.
Next, we have the Beef On Weck sandwich. This one comes with our atomic horseradish, and it’s sandwiched between the two sides of a caraway and sea salt bun. Speaking of sea salt, why not grab this sandwich and head out to Fort Lauderdale Beach? We don’t think that’s a bad way to spend the day at all.
If that’s not to your liking, we also have the Horse & Hole sandwich. This one comes with horseradish cream, roasted mushrooms, Provel cheese, and a sesame bun.
There’s also our O.G. Roast Beef sandwich. We know some people just like the classics, so we made this sandwich around that idea. All of our roast beef sandwiches are seasoned with our own blend and au jus, and this sandwich is no exception.
Last but not least, there’s our Black & Blue sandwich. This bad boy comes with black pepper, bleu cheese, caramelized onion, and all of it’s in the middle of a sesame bun.
We hope your mouth is watering as much as ours is by now. You know, we mentioned the beach before, but maybe it’s too hot for the beach. You could grab a Top Round lunch while visiting the Museum of Discovery and Science instead. Or our sandwiches would be a good meal with a show option when you take a performance at the Parker Performance Theater too. All we’re saying is you have as many options for sandwiches as you do for what to do with them.

We’ve got plenty of those too. You can customize your roast beef sandwich by adding house cheese “wizz,” Provel cheese, extra beef, bacon, and you can change the bun to a gluten-free option too.
