What do you think of when you think of roast beef sandwiches? We think of what it was like to grow up in St. Louis and Buffalo. We think of what it was like to chow down on real, classic roast beef sandwiches. You know the kind, the ones that stick with you and make you want to open your own place somewhere nice. The kind that makes you follow through on that dream so others can enjoy the same experiences you had, whether they’re still growing or full-grown.
That’s the thing about what we do here at Top Round. We make the food fast, but we’re not “fast food.” Our food is quality beef, bread, sauce, seasoning, and all the rest. That quality comes from real ingredients that are cooked fresh in our kitchens for each and every order. The people working in those kitchens are chefs, not just people looking for a job. They take pride in their work, and so do we.

The Top Round Menu
Up first is the Beef & Cheese sandwich. Ever wanted to sit down and have something simple that comes with a little extra something, but not too much? That’s our Beef & Cheese sandwich, which comes with our house cheese “wizz” and round sauce.
Maybe you do want something a little extra though. Maybe you want a classic with a fresh spin. That’s our Bar-B-Cue sandwich, which is our new-school take on an old-school dish. It starts with chopping the beef and ends with adding some Provel cheese, BBQ sauce, and fried pickles.
Maybe that’s not quite what you’re after either though. Maybe you’d like something a little sharper, a little stronger. How about our Beef On Weck sandwich then? It comes with atomic horseradish, caraway, and a sea salt bun. If you’re looking for a little punch with your lunch, then this is the one for you.
That’s not all either. We also have the Horse & Hole sandwich, which comes with roasted mushrooms, Provel cheese, horseradish cream, and the sesame bun that holds it all together. There’s the O.G. Roast Beef sandwich, which is flavored with seasoning and au jus. We also have the Black & Blue sandwich, which has blue cheese, caramelized onions, black pepper, and is sandwiched perfectly between the two sides of a sesame bun.
