Our shop routinely works with non-profit organizations to create signage that is easy on the budget and looks great. Whether these signs are mesh banners for fence displays, lobby signs, or window graphics, we ensure that the images are eye-catching and generate interest in passersby. However, did you know that All Star Signs also specializes in designing, producing, and installing donation plaques?
Honor Donors with Foyer Panels
In some cases, a plaque does not have to be a metal signage solution at all. A good example is the set of green glass acrylic panels we recently put together for a local church. The goal was to generate a contemporary feel in the foyer space. The specialized acrylic with polished edges successfully imitates the excellent look of real glass.
By printing the information on the back of the panels, we did not interrupt the highly polished front of the material. It adds a modern twist to the foyer, looks visually stunning, and provides the wow factor you want to achieve with any signage that honors your donors.
The client requested the display of 3D acrylic letters for the recent building project’s largest donor. Our technicians cut and spaced the letters to install them perfectly centered on the wall of the reception area. There, they act as the heading to the donor wall, which introduces the function of the display.
Other Donor Signs Ideas
If you are unsure that the panels work for you and are not sold on metal plaques, we recommend considering the donor tree. These can be colorful leaves cut from PVC, acrylic, or metal. Another display option is a metallic finish that we can put on less expensive materials.
A new favorite is the use of color-coded wall graphics. We die-cut them in any shape, install them on your wall, and provide you with some extra pieces to fill out as future donors give to your organization or cause. Some organizations have done very well with custom wallpaper that features donors’ names in a step-and-repeat presentation.
