1. Invest in a Good-Quality Car Cover for the Wrapped Vehicle
Ideally, you have a garage where you store the truck, car, or van at night. In reality, you probably do not. Maybe you have a fleet parking lot in the back of your location. There is a good chance that shade is hard to come by. The same goes for the street-parking situation in front of your company. With a car cover, you can avoid full sunshine on off days, acidic dew overnight, and egg-tossing teens during school holidays.
2. Wash the Vehicle Once a Week
It is interesting to note that you do not have to invest in specialized cleaners and waxes. Instead, it is enough to fill a bucket with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Plan to wash the vehicle once a week. It minimizes the buildup of dust and grime on the car. If you cannot spare the time to hand-wash the car, take it to a touchless car wash. Do not head to the one with the brushes down the street! These brushes can wreak havoc on the graphics and the laminate that covers them.
3. Carry Car Wipes with You
Did a bird leave behind some droppings on your car? Wipe them up immediately. Did you spill some gasoline while fueling up? An immediate cleanup is necessary. The same goes for the tree sap that dripped on the truck while you were parked in front of the customer’s home.
