You may have your logo in a JPEG format that can't be blown up to the size you want it because it begins to pixelate. When you work with your Graphic Artist make sure you get your artwork sent to you in multiple formats including an .eps file. This is a file type that is "vectorized" meaning it is specifically designed to change sizes without pixilating. I can't stress enough how important this is!
