Oftentimes more desired than other compensation, rewards or benefits, recognition is an important factor in inspiring and encouraging staff to attain their full potential. Plaques and awards include the universal success signs in competitions. Utilize them to acknowledge team and personal milestones, whether it’s a work anniversary, exceeding a sales goal or offering excellent service to a customer or co-worker.
Handwritten Note
Each day, we are overwhelmed with text messages and emails which are preferred for their limited content and “read anywhere” delivery.
