Some signs fade into the background. Others dominate the space. Which one represents your business?
At Spray, a high-end studio known for precision and polish, signage had to do more than identify a location. It had to make an impact. It had to set expectations before customers stepped through the door. Every sign needed to be bold, flawless, and built to last.
We made sure it was.
A Sign That Speaks Before You Do
A weak sign whispers. A great sign commands attention.
At Spray, the exterior signage does more than display a name. It establishes presence. It makes customers stop, look, and instantly understand the quality inside. Sharp lines. Crisp contrast. A premium finish. These elements work together to send one clear message: this business is high-end.
First impressions start at the door. What does your signage say?
Typography That Reinforces Authority
Typography is silent, but it speaks volumes. The wrong font weakens a brand. The right one cements authority.
For Spray, we selected a modern sans-serif font with bold strokes and refined spacing. It is clean, high-end, and unmistakably confident. Every curve, every angle—deliberate. Nothing extra. Nothing weak. Just precise, polished typography that demands respect.
Material Matters: Durability Meets Design
A sign’s material determines more than its look. It determines its lifespan. Cheap vinyl peels. Weak adhesives fail. Inferior materials ruin credibility.
For Spray’s window decals, we used high-performance cast vinyl. This isn’t standard sticker material. It is engineered to resist sun exposure, temperature swings, and moisture. It does not fade. It does not curl. It stays flawless.
For interior branding, we fabricated laser-cut acrylic signage. Acrylic mimics the clarity of glass but offers greater durability. Its edges are smooth. Its surface is flawless. Its presence is undeniable.
A sign is only as strong as the material behind it. Choose wisely.
Installation: Precision or Nothing
Even the best-designed sign fails if installed incorrectly. Alignment matters. Adhesion matters. Lighting conditions matter.
At Spray, we measured and leveled every element before installation. We ensured perfect positioning for maximum visibility. We also tested lighting conditions to guarantee readability at all hours.
For the window decals, we used pressure-sensitive adhesives designed for permanent, bubble-free bonding. For the acrylic wall signage, we used floating mounts that add depth and create a shadow effect. These choices make the signage stand out, not just visually but structurally.
This signage will not shift, peel, or fade. Not next year. Not in five.
Brand Consistency: Every Detail Matters
A scattered brand is a weak brand. Inconsistent fonts, colors, or materials confuse customers. Strong brands stay consistent across every touchpoint.
At Spray, every sign—exterior, interior, decals—works together. The fonts match. The colors align. The materials complement each other. Whether customers look at the door, the wall, or the windows, they see one thing: a business that knows exactly who it is.

TRANSCRIPT:
Speaker1: We’re at Spray today. One of my favorite clients. Tenley is awesome to work with. She has an amazing business and I love the signage that we got to work with her to create.
Speaker2: My favorite part is that Juliana helped me identify our brand and our brand story. So everything that you see in studio is Juliana. Like, the logo is her, the font is her. Everything is Juliana. In terms of identifying, like, our actual logo and how things should look. The crispness. And so Juliana spent a lot of time with me talking through what I wanted to communicate through my brand. And then it’s so easy because now, anytime I need something, it’s like we’re on the same page. She knows if I call her and say, I need a decal for my window, she knows exactly what to send me and what to put together. The things that I like, the things that I want to communicate. And she seems to do that really flawlessly between different businesses. I’ve seen the work she’s done at businesses near me, and they’re totally different brands. So it’s it’s cool to know that she knows our brand story really well.
Speaker1: This sign is on this door and on all the other studio doors. They are there permanently. They’re not going to be coming off anytime soon. We love the look of it. I know the client loves the look of it. I love how chic and sleek and luxurious it makes the whole space feel. When their clients come in, they know what they’re expecting, is something luxurious and awesome, and our signage helps give them that feel.
Speaker2: That is so important to me. I think supporting one small business in town, but two a female owned business is so important to me because, you know, we don’t we haven’t always historically had the same opportunities. Maybe we’re a little bit less privileged than than male owned businesses. Funding can be a little bit harder. Being taken seriously is much harder. So we kind of have that same, you know, small town, homegrown business. Our kids help us out. We’re teaching our daughters, you know, to be strong, independent business women. So it’s it’s definitely a part of the ideology behind Spray. And also I think behind Legacy.
