Hello everyone! This is Shane from Florida Sun printing in Callahan, Florida. I wanted to take a few moments and show you another of our projects that we are in the process of finishing. This is a 3 mm dirtex digital printed text for a customer. The customer was building a new pole barn on their property and they wanted us to create a large W sign or emblem for their barn. The customer had struggled to find the perfect solution for their requirements because all the options on Etsy were limited to I30 36 per piece. However, the customer wanted something bigger, so we offered to take up the project. This pole that we’ve created is almost 46 in diameter. We printed a DW design as per the exact size and material requirements of the client.
Detailed Customization
The client wanted a rubbed oil bronze color printed on the sign. We worked with the customer at each step of the way and provided several different samples from which they chose this one. This color really pops out in the sunlight with that brushed aluminum. We didn’t want to use a white background behind it because it doesn’t make the color pop out naturally. We wanted to see the texture of this material and that is why we used brushed aluminum. We are super excited to see how it looks like up at the barn with some good sunlight hitting it from all angles.
