As a focal point business coach, my mission is simple: to work with business owners, executives, and their teams to unlock their full potential by clarifying their vision, leading with purpose, and creating sustainable growth.
I started my career as an engineer, designing high-precision GPS products. Over time, I transitioned into leadership roles in product management, marketing, strategy, and sales. This shift required me to develop new skills suited to these responsibilities. Applying my engineering mindset, I was able to break down problems and the business round, similar to tackling challenges in my technical roles.
The most critical skill I learned, sometimes the hard way, was how to build a great team and empower them to achieve amazing things. I helped grow team leaders to develop strategies for go-to market execution, channel optimization, and corporate growth.
Today, I work with tech leaders, CEOs, executives, founders, and experts in their fields who often find themselves facing new challenges as their businesses grow and demand leadership and business skills to match their technical genius. As companies scale, they find themselves in new territory. Marketing, sales, finance, team leadership, and stirring the company’s culture all require new skills and mindsets.
