Last year, Superior Signs and Graphics met with Third Encore’s management team to discuss the design of a foam letter building sign in Los Angeles. Third Encore’s lot has six building. After the trial run last year, the team was impressed with the quality of the new signage. This year, we replaced another set of logos as well as bars, addresses, and building numbers. Technicians color-matched the new style elements to fit in perfectly with the already existing markers. Finally, we added metal laminate facings that increase the longevity of the product in the Southern California sunshine.

Do Foam Letters Last?

• Density determines durability. Your lease is up in three years. It would be best if you had a building sign, but you do not want to commit to the long term. A two-pound density will last you about five years. On the flipside, there is the 15-pound density that lasts for at least ten years. As you might imagine, density also determines the cost.
