Located at 1951 East La Habra Boulevard, Sunrise Donuts and Bakery is a small neighborhood business with a loyal following. Regulars spread the word about this casual breakfast place that never disappoints. When the company’s owner called us, she said it was time to talk about building and pylon sign refurbishing. In La Habra California, this calls for the service of a custom-outfitted work van with an aerial lift, and we have the right equipment in our shop.
Putting Together a Great Look for Cabinet Facings
The owner of the Sunrise Donuts and Bakery chose a box cabinet for a building sign. The pylon sign that sits at the entrance to the small strip mall also features cabinet technology. Refurbishing these signs was, therefore, a lot easier. We started out with new pylon sign faces. (By the way, this company’s cabinet sits at the top of the tall pylon.) Although the client loved the new look, there was room for improvement. She reported having a difficult time making out the “Donuts and Bakery” portion of the logo.
No problem! We added eight-inch red lettering on both sides of the donut logo, which boosts the readability of the product and makes the ad copy easy to take in for drivers. While we were there, we also serviced the building sign. We cleaned, checked, and overall did some maintenance tasks to ensure that it would last for a good time longer. We replaced the sign facing as well. The client appreciated the fact that one call to our sign shop put her in touch with graphic artists, manufacturing experts, and trained installers to handle the project from inception to final inspection.
Do You Know who is Installing Your Signs?
Putting up a sign requires expertise, a good understanding of signage manufacturing technology, equipment, and – in California – a license. Some sign makers do not want to deal with installations and outsource this part of the job. This practice is not good for the customer; after all, you do not know who shows up at your door. When you work with us, you know that our installers are qualified.
- Licensed C-45 sign contractors. The state of California issues licenses to professionals who handle the installations of electrical signs. We have taken the appropriate tests and received the license to mount signage to poles and buildings. We are also permitted to alter previously installed signage.
- Aerial bucket van. Having the right license is only half of the equation. You also need to have the right equipment. Our van features an aerial lift. The GMC bucket van extends to allow for 35-foot working heights, which is ideal for pylons, pole signs, and the installation of banners on second or third floors.
- Expertise. We have plenty of experience with pylon sign refurbishing in La Habra California, the installation of electrical signs above entryways, the mounting of building logos, and a broad range of other installs.
