At milestones we review advancement in your targeted areas based on your self-assessment and multi-rater feedback. I evaluate skill development along with the mindset shifts and inner work achieved. We recalibrate your plan to continually meet your needs amidst new goals. By witnessing tangible improvement, you gain energy and optimism for the journey ahead.
Renewal – Sustaining Success
As expanded capabilities become second nature, we co-create an integration plan to sustain your success. This includes reflection on your improved leadership approach, establishing tools for continual learning and setting future goals. While our formal engagement ends, you have full access for ongoing support. My aim is for coaching to become an integral part of your lifelong development.
