Ensure Temperature and Humidity Control Your temperature control system should always be maintained and in perfect condition. Temperature control and humidity levels are very important in avoiding water damage. Furniture does well in dry environments with good ventilation. Always have regular A/C servicing particularly before and after the rainy season. The moisture is high during rains and can cause mold very easily.
