At the start of every year we feel we should reflect back on the previous year. Naturally, we look at all the boring financial numbers and mind numbing reports.  But, really, it is also beneficial to ask the simple question, "How do we feel we did?"  This could refer to many areas of the business--customer relations, brand awareness, following the plan and staying on target, and so on. Another question we ask is "What do we want customers to know about us as a business?"  To expound, we want to know what past customers think of when they hear our name again.  A business can garner a lot from a lasting first impression. Channel Letters Channel letters are perhaps the most easily noticed type of sign.  That’s right, they are show-offs.  These are the signs everybody noticed when driving by a business.  So, they’re incredible functional, even if they are attention hogs.
