CUSTOMER SERVICE / CUSTOMER LOYALTY | What Kind of Security Do You Give Your Customers?

Posted in: Mystery Shopping Services

Ir’s funny how ideas come to me.  I was shredding some paperwork (every piece of paper we discard through any of our offices is shredded and then recycled) and I wondered how many other executives were doing the exact same thing at that moment.  Then came a scary though — how many aren’t or don’t at all.  I wondered how many times a piece of paper had been tossed in the regular trash, only to be blown to the wind when the lid came off.  In the old days, this used to be called “dumpster diving” and I’m not advocating that at all!  However, my point is clear that if you’re not guarding any scrap of paper or information with a customer’s name like gold, you’re opening yourself up to possible theft.
