Recently, we were contacted by Walnut Hill Family and Cosmetic Dentistry to provide a quote on installing window graphics. Their old graphics were looking faded, worn and were peeling from the edges. It was clear that their windows were in need of some extra TLC.
For the design phase, they knew exactly what they wanted on their windows. Our client gathered quotes from a number of local companies, but when I sat down with her, it was clear that the other companies were recommending the wrong type of window perforation. Once I got on site, I noticed she already had a dark tint on the inside of her windows. I put a sample of our window perforation material up and showed the doctor how it would be too dark with this particular type of material, and she agreed. She was happy that we consulted her and gave her the information she needed to know in order to make an informed decision, instead of trying to just make a sale. She said that I won the bid, instead of the other companies, because we were the only sign company to go out to her business and figure out exactly what was the best solution.
