In the image to the left, there’s a picture an old yellow school bus. It may conjure up memories for you of raucous kids and annoyed bus drivers, or perhaps memories of a favorite field trip. But for Kahley Enterprises, they transformed this bus into something much more.
In the image below, you can see the same bus with a makeover. We were called in to install a custom bus wrap over the entire surface. As you can see, it breathes life into this old bus again, and transforms it into a very important vehicle for Kahley Enterprises.
Kahley Enterprises offers a unique transportation service to the Quad cities from Iowa city for employees of various companies. The service is designed for people who are unable to travel all the way from Iowa city to the Quad Cities on their own. There’s no public transportation, so this bus offers a way for them to go to work, and without any stops. And that’s one reason it’s called the ‘Silver Bullet.’
When Kahley Enterprises purchased this bus, they were unaware that it is not legal to drive a yellow school bus on the highway unless it’s used for school purposes. So they needed to change the color. Instead of spending all the time and money trying to repaint the bus, they called us up to wrap it. It’s much more cost effective, and has the flexibility of changing the look at any time just by applying a new wrap.
Another reason they call their bus the silver bullet is fairly obvious. They chose silver as the main color to wrap the bus.
Applying a custom wrap to a bus, or any other type of vehicle, is a great way to give it a makeover, or brand it with your company’s logo, tagline, and contact information.
