Vehicle Decals – Lisle, IL

Vehicle decals are a great way to help any business car or truck appear more professional. It gives that added assurance similar to employee uniforms not to mention the added advertising when the vehicle is in use. At The Sign Authority, we’re experts in the design, printing, and installation of these decals.

We were recently approached by Governmental Business Systems, an election supply company located in Lisle, to produce a set of decals for one of their company trucks. The order called for graphics on both sides of the vehicle and the rear. After receiving their logo as well as surveying the trucks for measurements and pictures, the basic design was laid out. The design was then applied to the pictures to confirm the size of the graphics as well as giving the customer an idea of what the finalized project will look like.

After approving the design, we were able to start our printing process. Oracal 651 vinyl was chosen for its advantages over other materials. This vinyl is highly rated for outdoor use, which is a necessity for a material that is going to be regularly exposed to the elements as well as poor road conditions. The solvent-based adhesive ensures the graphics stay mounted wherever they are applied. Being the most opaque film available, the vinyl will cover any scratches or dents under it.
