I wanted to share with you just
a minute about vinyl plank flooring. Vinyl plank flooring actually came out in the 70s. That’s when it first came to market.
No one was really excited about it because it was new everyone was still putting in laminate.
I want to show you real quick while we continue to talk. This is water that I just spilled it all over the top… That’s no big deal because it’s 100% waterproof.
I’m going to put these in a bucket of water, this is luxury vinyl plank LVP.
So, when it came out everyone was still doing laminate but then the slowly realized laminate is not waterproof so they’re like we need to come up with the solution and they came up with the solution of vinyl plank flooring.

So, at 1:52 in the video, you see it’s been in the water that whole time and you literally can just take it out of the water you can wipe it off and there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s completely reusable and you can do that over and over again.
So, luxury vinyl plank there’s different levels of it as you can see on the display…
There’s a glue down vinyl there’s a click vinyl, there’s a click vinyl that has a thicker top player and there’s also ones that have padding on the back a
So they came up with the solution because people didn’t want laminate in their house anymore and so this is 100% waterproof. It’s specially designed for areas like kitchens so we don’t have to worry about spilling water from the dishwater or sink.
It’s also easy to install it floats over the top of all types of solid floors. It can be laid over a concrete slab or on a raised foundation.
