Sign foam letters can be cut into virtually any size or shape.  Most often, you will find them ranging from 1 to 1-1/2 inch in thickness.  If you are looking for a slightly more sophisticated look consider 2 colours or greater depth to increase shadowing.

Like acrylic and komacel, sign foam can be finished in matte or gloss painted finishes as well as brushed aluminum, gold or copper.
