Are you looking to be taken care of?

When you speak with my company one of the questions you will be asked is “are you shopping for price or are you looking to be taken care of?”

I’m sure many people wonder why we ask this question.  Shouldn’t we just be happy to have the opportunity to quote on your project?   The answer is both yes and no.   We are very happy to have the opportunity to earn your business but we also want to ensure that you get the right product not just the cheapest price.

How long do you want your signage to last?  If your answer is in months then the least expensive option may be your best choice.  If you plan on keeping your signage for more than a year look for a sign company that is going to take care of you.

What type of materials are used in the manufacture of the sign?  If you are purchasing an exterior sign it’s likely to be there for a long time. The question is will it look good for as long as you plan to keep it.  A sign company that takes care of you will only use the most appropriate materials for your needs.  After all, they build their businesses through repeat and referral business.
