No sign shall exceed a height of thirty-five (35) feet as measured from the top of the sign to the ground.

A shopping center may have one ground or pole sign containing signs identifying the shopping center, the shops contained therein and one promotional sign. The total area of this sign shall not exceed one-half (½) square foot per linear foot of length of the shopping center or one hundred fifty (150) square feet whichever is the lesser. Ground signs for individual shops are not authorized.

An office center containing at least one hundred thousand (100,000) square feet of office space may have one (1) ground sign and one pole sign identifying the office center on or adjacent to such office center. The total area of such sign(s) shall not exceed two hundred (200) square feet; identification of individual offices thereupon is not authorized.
