What is the TruHit Philosophy?

At TruHit Fitness, our philosophy is 20% exercise and 80% nutrition, with a 100% mindset. We believe in this philosophy that is based on scientific knowledge. Physical training alone can’t sustain a healthy and fit body. You need the guidance of a nutrition expert to make way for healthy changes in your diet that can support and sustain your fitness goals.

20% Exercise

Our daily hour-long fitness classes make up 20% of the fitness training that we offer. You can choose timings based on your schedule. Our trainers incorporate different kinds of activities to ensure maximum fat burn and muscle building in the least amount of time. We help our clients stay committed to their goals and training plans so that they can achieve the level of fitness they aim to achieve.

80% Nutrition

The remaining 80% of our fitness philosophy is nutrition. The reason why we put so much emphasis on nutrition is that it requires 24/7 commitment. You need to eat right all day, every day, with the right macronutrients and micronutrients to help you through your physical exercises. If your body receives all the nutrients needed and you minimize the harmful and counterproductive items from your diet, it becomes easy and convenient to stay committed to your physical training.

On average, our clients eat five times a day to sustain their high-intensity workouts. We provide them comprehensive meal plans and advice on how to improve their diet and maximize the intake of the nutrients that the body needs to become stronger and healthier.
