The main reason why people are reluctant to engage in a workout plan is a plain lack of information. Even though they are eager to become active and get fit, they don’t know how to actually achieve that. Sometimes, they see people in the gym following complex routines and strict schedules and get overwhelmed.

There are several different training styles, and choosing the right one can be quite challenging. Here is a complete breakdown of the workout training styles we offer at TruHit Fitness.

Workout Training Style

Our training style follows a 3-day split. On Monday, we do an upper body workout. On Tuesday, we do a lower body workout, and on Wednesday, we do full-body conditioning. Then, we rotate again.

This means that we do upper body workout again on Thursday, lower body workout on Friday, and full-body conditioning on Saturday.

Since today is Saturday, we will do a full-body conditioning workout. This means that your heart rate will remain high for longer periods of time. This really helps build your endurance and strength at the same time.

Today’s workout is essentially an AMRAP, so you get to do as many rounds as possible in a set period of time. Here we have ten different exercises, including burpees, squats, lunges, jumps, etc. These bodyweight exercises incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, and plyometric boxes.

By now, you might have realized that this workout involves a lot of different exercises and a lot of different movements. It helps keep your heart rate up and also builds strength at the same time.

The workout is broken down into sessions of 12 minutes, 10 minutes, 8 minutes, with a 1-minute rest between each session. The total time for the workout is 31 minutes, and then we have time to cool down and stretch. This helps to speed up recovery and prevents injury.

Scalable Workouts for Everyone

Our workouts are incredibly scalable, and we have people that are in their sixties and seventies. In fact, some of them have never worked out before and are completely new to training and fitness. Plus, we also have people who are athletes, so we need to make sure that our workouts are modifiable and scalable.
