Look at your posture…others do. The human body is subject to strains of gravity.  When the body is placed under constant, prolong strains, for example many hours of sitting, slouching or slumping at the computer, carrying  heavy backpacks, texting on your phone, lack of body awareness or etiquette are some  causes of posture distortion.  This means that we start loosing the natural curves of the spine, and curves become exaggerated, such as lower hollow back, or flat pelvis,  slumping midback, forward rounded shoulders, high or low shoulder, high hip, head tilt, reverse neck curve, or scoliosis.  It is evident why so many people suffer from aches, pains, headaches, and other medical problems.  Posture is more a determiner of age than years.  A correct posture has equal curves, and levels of the spine. Simply by analyzing a person’s posture, then correcting the distortions, releases the internal strains on  the spinal joints, and discs.  We know that the degeneration of health can be arrested, and even before symptoms appear.  POSTURE IS THE KEY TO HEALTH!!!!
