Signage Testimonials: Buying as an experience, not an event.

 With over 30 years experience dealing with global suppliers from the UK, China, Asia, Morocco, Mexico and yes, even the United States, I have learned at least two things. What I like and dislike in dealing with suppliers and customers. The message I recently received from a customer, got me thinking again. What makes me smile and why do I do this?  Buying should be an experience, not an event!

It will be very easy to give referrals regarding your ethics….
No matter how good the product or service, a memorable and positive experience is key. Is the focus on you as a customer, from the first point of contact? Were you invited to a well supplied professional showroom, to review multiple potential solutions to your needs. Was the staff professional, courteous, well trained to the latest technologies and materials. And finally, will this event become an experience that you will remember?
