Signage FAQ – How long have we been in business?

This question is not as simple or obvious as it first appears. I have been in the manufacturing business over 30 years and in the sign business for less than a year. How does this matter you ask? Well I have seen people in the sign business for over 15 years, who in my opinion are very poor at what they do.

Since our organization has seasoned experts in Sign Design and Manufacture, Management does not need the depth of 15 or more years sign making experience. Our strengths shine with 30 plus years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on maximizing the customers experience. Working not only as a customer at times, but as a vendor in our past business lives as well, allows us to speak with first hand experience. Knowledge, how to build Customer Service into the culture of Pillar Signs and Graphics. Customer Service is not a project by project experience, but a way of life for our staff.

So to answer the question, “How long has we been in business?” 30 years going on 1 year!
